Not sure what to say?

Bubba and Allegra,

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. and Mrs. Cope. I learned a lot from your family, and will always cherish the time spent with all of you.

Peace be with you,
Homer

I met your Mom and Dad at a VC 66 reunion in California in 2002. My husband was Capt. Franklin T. Stephens. I still enjoy the photo album that DeLoach mailed to us. We lost Frank or "Steve" in 2012. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Joyce Stephens

Hilda, I never knew your Father but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Love Jean Abide

Dear Allegra, Hilda, and William,

I am very sorry for your loss. Your Father was a fine and generous man - a real gentleman. I came to know him while researching and writing a book about my Father and his service with VC-66 during World War II. Your Father was very enthusiastic about my project and was a great help. Thank you for his service to our country!

Allegra, Hilda and Bubba, your Dad was an important part of my life. I always enjoyed our visits and stimulating discussions. Recently we corresponded via emails in which he continually sent thought provoking notes. I will miss him as a friend and mentor.

Dear Hilda,
We were so sorry to read of your father's passing and extend our deepest sympathy.
The wonderful obituary clearly described a life very well lived and, within your grief, I know there is also great comfort, pride and thanks for that life and the outstanding example it set for you, your brother and sisters.

Michelle joins me in sending our condolences and very fondest regards to you, Kirkham, and the family,

---Web and Michelle.
