Bill was our neighbor when we lived just down the street from him and his family. Bill was always ready and willing to assist his neighbors, especially with any electrical problems. I can remember him helping my dad, and Bill would never disconnect the power but would leave the lines hot so he knew if the wiring worked. It's sad to hear this, my condolences to the entire Copp family. I have lived on Lynn Dr, down the street from the Copp family for over 45 years. My family has many memories of his generosity over the years. He allowed neighborhood children to play in his field anytime. He welded and repaired things for neighbors at no cost.
