I worked with your Dad for many years at Spring Tower. I was the tower operator and Bill was the Signal Maintainer. A kinder, gentler man would be hard to find. He was always talking about you kids and the Wildlife Sanctuary. He will be missed, but just know he is with your Mother once again.
