The loss of this beautiful man is huge to us. There are no words to express how grateful we were to be a part of his life. Edgar was so thankful to work for him and Ingrid in his construction company. Spending time together with both of them personally was always a joy to us too. It is a shocking loss ...we will just focus on the smiles and joy filled spirit of this most special man. Rest in peace Billy. We love you.

Sincerely,
Tamara and Edgar

Shocked and saddened to hear of this great loss to the building community. I've been inspecting Bill's projects for many years, and Bill and Ingrid's addition for their dogs that came with elevator access.
Even when we argued there was mutual respect. Bill had the charm, great smile, highly respected, and he will definitely be remembered by all.
Ingrid, we cannot imagine your pain. Glad he was not alone, remember all the wonderful times.
God Bless, such a loss.

Billy and I went way back to the Bombay days of the mid 1980s and were close for a few years. I will miss seeing him around town. Always with a smile and a laugh.
Someone please let me know the when and where of any memorial that may be in the works.
My sincere condolences to Ingrid, his family, his friends.

I am shocked and saddened to read that Bill has passed. I met Bill through my employment at Eric's on the Pier. Bill would treat his employees to a generous holiday feast at the restaurant. Bill was such a kind and generous man. I know he his missed by many.
