A heartfelt adieu to God's General, the founding father of Baptist High School, Jos, Nigeria. Your labour of love in God's vineyard, has impacted the lives of so many in Nigeria and beyond. You will be missed and remembered dearly. Sleep on sir at God's bossom.

Your legacies live on in my heart. I'm privileged to partake in the kingdom labour you started in BHS, Jos. You are fondly remembered. Good night sir/ ma till the resurrection morning.

To God alone be all the glory. We didn't meet these amazing Naragutans Prof Bill and Mrs Audrey Cowley but in our daughter Lapnen Nunji Goshwe who is a product of BHS Jos, we glorify God. Earth's lost but Heaven's Gain may we all find comfort in Christ Jesus Amen. Dr. Nunji Bako Goshwe & Mrs Simi Simji Goshwe.

May their souls rest in peace with the Lord and may God comfort the entire family. Good night sir/ma.Mr Kunle BHS JOS PLATEAU STATE

I was just talking about Dr. Cowley just the other day. He was my OT professor at Samford in the late 80´s. He was a kind, dry witted man! God speed, Dr. Cowley!

Please save the date for a Celebration of Life to honor both Audrey and Bill Cowley! Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM Shades Crest Baptist Church 452 Park Avenue Hoover, AL 35226

Bill was a faithful tutor of low-level readers for Birmingham Baptist Association and M-POWER Ministries for many years. His tutoring journey was shared many times during Literacy Tutor Trainings. He became an example of resilience and commitment. We are thankful for him!

What a tremendous impact this precious friend had on my life. To have known Bill Cowley was truly one of life's greatest blessings. Birthdays were always celebrated together with Mac and Trudy, Walt and me, and Audrey and Bill We traveled to Australia, New Zealand, China, Panama Canal, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and a Riverboat Cruise. In all of our travels and in all of the wonderful times spent together Bill always exemplified a true SERVANT of our Lord Jesus Christ. I feel so blessed...

I attended Baptist High School, Jos, one of the many schools Daddy Cowley founded in Nigeria. Though I never met him personally, his Presence pervaded the school several years after he left the school. His impact on me is eternal. He was a Legend. To God be the glory. Rest well Daddy. You will always be remembered by ALL you have done.
