My sincere sympathies to Audrey, Sandy, Bruce and Lori, Chris and Robin, Keith and Cindi, Aunt Olga and all Billys' extended family and friends. I loved him very much. I shall keep pansies in my gardens every year and be reminded that they were his favorites....

My precious cousin, Billy Boy. I am so sad to hear of your passing. We had some wonderful times growing up surrounded by all our cousins and aunts and uncles. I know you always went back to that happy time in your mind. I love you and you will never be forgotten. My heartfelt sympathy to my dear Cox family. I love you very much!
