Billy was certainly a gem. Joe and I loved being in his company, he truly lived life to the fullest. He was kind, caring, giving and sincere. An awesome father to his three beautiful daughters. He was a great friend and co-worker to all who had the privilege to be in his life. Joe and I will truly miss Billy. I send our condolences to the girls, I know how difficult it is to live without. Live your life as your Dad would want you to. May God bless you all and give you the strength one...
