W. D. "Bill" Creel. Was a good personal friend of mine and coworker where we worked to together in engineering at PRC 1980 to 1983. And had the pleasure again working with Bill at Ingslls shipbuilding planning yard until 1998. Mr. Creel was a checker at PRC and Ingalls and took pride in the design checking group. You could depend on BILL to do a good job Bill loved his wife and all those boys. I met his oldest son Joe at Alabama shipyard accidentally on the ship Joe is one fine electrician....
