Not sure what to say?

We were so sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was one of our first members here in Lee. We all enjoyed when he came in. He was always entertaining and full of stories. We will all miss him very much.

Bill was a great guy, he so loved his family and the grandchildren. Oh and his driving skills well.....too many funny stories to tell.... may God hold you in his arms during this time.

To the Cullen Family especially Richard and Pam

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother William. You are our thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Bill Cullen at the Yard on and off for over ten years. The first year I knew Bill we were assigned a project together and were sent to New York for a week-long tech writing workshop. I drove my car and Bill was my only passenger. After about an hour of driving I noticed Bill was fidgeting. I worked with Bill at the shipyard (actually sat next to him) for many years. He was quite the character, heard many a story about his driving skills. He will be missed.

Bill was quite a character! The wild & crazy ties, zipping around the shipyard at what seemed like 100 mph, the stories! But what a softie when it came to his family - he was so proud of his daughters & grandchildren and told everyone how wonderful they were! I regret that he did not have more years to spend with them. Treasure your memories.

This coming Saturday I will have been Bill's neighbor for exactly eleven years. When my wife and I first moved to Maplewood Drive we had 2 infant daughters, a snow shovel, and not much else. Our first two winters in Barrington were the worst in decades. Bill always came over to help with his snow blower; a Godsend! As the years progressed we grew as friends. I would always look forward to meeting with Bill at the mailbox three or four times each week for one of our short but meaningfull...

I will miss the old curmudgeon, he and I worked together with others in the old code 244 at the shipyard for many years and had many a wonderful and laughable day,,,,also when he stopped off here on sunny afternoons at my house
