My thoughts and prayers are with Bill's wife, Anne, his children and his entire family. I was fortunate to have worked with Bill at the Tampa Air Traffic Control Tower. Bill was always kind, generous, and thoughtful. He always spoke lovingly of Anne and his family. Bill will be missed.
