Billy was GREAT GUY ALWAYS LOOKED OUT FOR EVERYBODY HE WAS MY BROTHER DOUG OWENS BEST FRIEND THEY ARE TOGETHER NOW RIP

Billy was in my class at Monsignor Farrell HS. I was a small, skinny (sometimes obnoxious) kid. But Billy always looked after me. This is so so sad. My condolences. He is with my cousin Kevin Lettieri now

I attended grammar school and HS with Billy. He was a great guy with an infectious laugh. He will be greatly missed by all.

Thank you all for your condolences and for sharing a memory of my brother, Billy, who was a kind, loving man with a great sense of humor.
The attendance at his wake and funeral was a testament to how much he was loved and respected. One wonderful story after another, was shared, with laughter and tears. His strong, loving, compassionate spirit shined bright, all across his lifespan, from childhood into death, where he is now an angel.

We had Bill on the Monsignor Farrell track team, where he competed in the shot put. A hard worker, very good and honest man, a wonderful guy.

I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences to your family. Billy was friends with my late brother Kevin. And I have so many fond memories of Kevin telling me incredible stories about his travels with Billy across country. Rest in Peace Billy
