I had the chance to work with Bill for about 6 short years and he always managed to try and find the "light" and try to make me laugh during the hard situations while I struggled to keep myself together during those times, something we all should aspire for. I'd be mad as "heck" about something, and he'd "pick" at me until I laughed and realized that I was upset about nothing.
