A great Scouter, a good friend

A wonderful man, a dedicated Scouter.

The "ORF's" sincerely miss him still.

We still miss you, Bill. The ORF"s are not the same without you!

my heart felt condolenses to the Darby family. Bill was a special part of my scouting life. I was in Troop 201 in the late '60's and early ' 70's. and also went to Philmont in 1971. Bill made Philmont a great experience. He was always there to help you out and explain things. Hoping to be at the memorial at camp Matigwa. it is my prayer that God will grant you peace in this difficult time.

I'm very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Thank you Ike for reaching out. Marlene, you are in my prayers. My sincere condolences to you and the entire family. I pray that God grants you comfort and strength.
