Lois and family: my condolences to you all. I have always held a fond spot in my heart for Bill. I learned a lot working with him over the years and enjoyed our conversations together. He was instrumental in me joining the army and continuing my career. He will always be remembered dearly.

What a kind and gentle man he was! My dad had chronic asthma and Bill helped his breathing many times. So caring and never judge mental. I know he is basking in the glories of heaven that he has so earned. My deepest condolences to all his family.
