Matt and Pete Nan and I share in your grief. Bill and I were classmates and fraternity brothers at Dartmouth and remained friends. We would get together with Bill and Joan, prior to her death, when we went to Tucson. Your Dad and I last talked on the phone in September and he didn´t sound very good then. I made several attempts to reach him by phone and email in October and November and feared that he might have passed away. Not knowing how to reach you I contacted the Dartmouth Alumni...

Matt, Pete and family, I was so sorry to hear of dads passing. I just sent him a happy bday wish. Scrolled down and his obituary popped up. He was one of the nicest guys I´ve ever known. Always had a smile on his face and always laughing. He will be truly missed! Thoughts and love to all the family.

It was an honor to know Dr. Davidson - what a mensch! His son, Matt, is my dear friend and introduced me and my family to his parents. You have never enjoyed a meal more than a Seder at Dr. and Mrs. Davidson's home... such a privilege. Dr. "D" understandably considered me a goy.
