Not sure what to say?

Bill was not only a friend but also a mentor for me.Being an inside electrician, I was schooled by one of the best linemen in the trade. He always spoke of how proud he was of his kids and how they followed in his shoes. We have lost a great man. Mike Paxson IBEW Local 82

You will be greatly missed

I have such fond memories of Bill and Dad, Argus Smith, working together over the years. He has been so kind and gracious to my family. It is hard to believe I saw him a couple of months ago at my Dad's funeral. He and Dad shared a friendship that lasted over several decades and beyond. Thank you for all you have done for this local and our great profession. You were truely a union brother and an inspiration to the generations to follow. I feel honored to have known you and to call you a friend. I will miss you.

Uncle Bill. I will miss you so very much... You were always there for all of our family and I know you are watching over us and expecting us to step up...don't worry...we had a good teacher in you...we will not disappoint you... We will take care of each other like you taught us... Not to worry... We won't let anyone pull the wool over our eyes... You taught us that as well...I thank you for being there for Kristen...there was no one like her "uncle bill"
I know heaven is much livelier...
