I have such fond memories of Bill and Dad, Argus Smith, working together over the years. He has been so kind and gracious to my family. It is hard to believe I saw him a couple of months ago at my Dad's funeral. He and Dad shared a friendship that lasted over several decades and beyond. He is well loved, and will be greatly missed by many.

I am saddened to know the world no longer has "Wild Bill" Davis in it to make it more colorful and vibrant. He was known as "Wild Bill" to my family, he was known as "Grandpa Bill" to me. He was always a character to get a laugh out of you. I remember him helping me get my vehicle out of the mud at the Davis's during a camping trip in the winter. I was stuck something fierce. Uncle Bill. I will miss you so very much... You were always there for all of our family and I know you are watching over us and expecting us to step up...don't worry...we had a good teacher in you...we will not disappoint you...
