I am sad to see in the Internet that Bill passed away recently. Three decades ago he was an attorney in the entertainmen industry for Top stars as José Luis Rodriguez "El Puma", Emmanuel, and others. He was also very well known among scientists; he provided them with the legal counseling and right contacts to expand their business ventures. He was also a very special human being, a great friend and a very honest and fair man. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and Ileana.
