It was my pleasure and honor to know Bill, my best friend, Julie's father for over 30 years. If he was invited, he would be at any family gathering which I shared with Bill and the Radford family over the years. This is where I enjoyed his quiet unassuming demeanor but zest for life. I also appreciated his wry sense of humor that even tickled and surprised himself! I'll miss not seeing him the Radford's home for the family holidays and events...
