I am so sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person! Mr Decker was a teacher of mine at Abilene High. He cared about the students and had a passion to make sure they were ready to face the future after they graduated. Our class bought him a skunk, I don't think he kept it that long! Rest in peace Mr. Decker

As a young, new homeowner and parent there was no greater neighbor than Bill Decker. For five years, Sylvia and I were privileged to live next door to Bill and Sonia where we benefited from his expertise and counsel. Truly, Bill was a role model for me as a new dad. Syl and I have some of the best memories of the Abilene community because of Bill and Sonia.
