Not sure what to say?

My condolences go out to Bill's wife, Wanda, and to his entire family. I graduated from Kokomo High School with the best class ever. I was in the front row of the Yell Block and was there for every single game, including our final overtime game in Indianapolis. We will always be remembered as 2nd to None in '61.

Dear Wanda and fami;y: I am so sorry you lost such a wonderful husband, father and for me, the best judge I ever worked for. He was so kind and serious when it came to his decision yet such a fantastic sense of humor. At my retirement party, it wrote the funniest poem for me which I still have. Heaven has gained a wonder man and Judge Decker can help God with decisions. Blessings to you all,

Dear Wanda & Decker Family- So sorry to hear of Bill´s passing- He was one of the most Hard Working, Detail-Oriented and Fair Minded Judges in the History of the Grand Rapids SSA ALJ Hearing Office. He also served with Great Distinction for many years as Hearing Office Chief Judge as well as a Valued Mentor to those incoming Judges fortunate enough (myself included) to benefit from his Vast Experience and Practical Common-sense Wisdom. Please accept my Sincere Condolences at this difficult...

Judge Decker was a well respected jurist. He was an infallibly serene and polite presence in the office. I am saddened by his passing.

Hello Wanda, We just heard thru the Schuberts of Bills passing last week. I only knew for a few years but always enjoyed his company, whether singing with Schuberts or on the golf course. He was a gentleman. We offer our condolences to you and your family. Clark and Roze Van Dam
