I just learned of Vic's passing while on line today. I am so sorry for your loss, Richard. While working together at IRS for many years, he was one of my best and most interesting, faithful, and loyal friends; a gentle man who would do anything for me if I asked. I enjoyed how bright he was, and how generous he was in taking time to share that with us. He taught me so much. Over the years he shared his poetry and made many recordings for me of things he thought I would enjoy. He'd bring plant specimens from the yard and share them with me. I think he longed to be special, and he was, even though he never seemed to know it. He was a colorful character in a sometimes gray world. And in a place called work, he was family. I hope he knew how much we loved him.

I worked with Victor at the IRS for many years. He was a great person. He will be missed by us all. I will always remember the times when he would dress up for the holidays, especially the big "rabbit" for Easter. My condolences to his family.

Richard, Carol and Lisa, We are so sorry for your loss. I will never forget Vic and every time I see a pair of Converse shoes I will think of him and his clear shower curtain ones. He will be missed.

I worked with Vic for many years at IRS. He was a wonderful person and a great friend. I will always remember his humor, the wonderful costumes he made for his niece (his too!) and collecting the cola tabs from cans. I think one time he told me he had 3 gallon jugs full of tabs! And, he made a great squash casserole! One Easter he came dressed as a big bunny! I think most of the girls in the office sat on his knee and we took pictures with "The Bunny". He was a hoot! I bet he is up in Heaven saying....hummm....I wonder what I can make with these fleecy clouds! He will be sorely missed and we loved him!

I worked for many years with Victor at IRS. He was one of the most intelligent and dedicated workers I have ever known. He commited every talent he had including his creativity to the task at hand which served him well during his career. Vic was a fun-loving honorable man and will be missed by those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
