I was so fortunate to have grown up with Bill in College Park in the 60's and 70's. Bill was one of the funniest guys I've ever known and was a true friend in high school and for years afterwards. We used to surf together at Cocoa Beach and camp out at the jetties at Port Canaveral.

I met Bill in 1970, through a friend of a friend. Although I only knew him for about two years, I'll always laugh inside when I think of the times we spent camping at the jetties at Port Canaveral.
