My brother Dave and I had the privilege of playing on the Jaycees little league baseball team with Billy whose father Stretch was our coach. Even then he was known as wild Bill with his fast ball. He was a true team player and we enjoyed watching his career. May he enjoy eternal life with our lord in heaven.
