To Bill's family Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Bill while he was in NOPD Vice and I was in JPSO vice. We had a lot of fun working gambling cases and I learned a lot from him. He was a great police officer and friend. He will be missed. Ken Meynard JPSO Retired.
