Michelle, Eric and Storm,
Che is such an inspiration. She amazed everyone with her will and spirit as she dealt with Cancer in her life. I have never seen her cry or complain about what was happening. She always looked forward at what was to come. I will never forget all the good times we all shared at the Lake. Che is an amazing young lady! We will miss her dearly.

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I am a Laney Band Member mom and Che was an inspiration to us all. Her strength, determination, confidence and warmth will always be remembered. She was a beautiful child! God Speed to Che and the family!

Michelle just remember you raised the most wonderful perfect child who made you giggle and taught you to laugh during probably one of the most difficult times a parent has to face. I was fortunate enough to see Che perform in the Laney Band at the football games. Being a Laney Band parent from 1980 until 1995 with 2 children in the band, I went to the games to hear and see the band perform. I continued going and am so glad I had the great privilege to see Che as she would proudly represent E.A. Laney Band with performance and a sweet smile.
You will be in my prayers and thoughts as these days go by.
