Sherry, I am so sorry for the loss of this dear sweet soul. I met Bill and the whole Devault family in 1962 when we moved to the Airport area. Played a lot of sports with him over the years and can remember him playing BBall in the little cracker box gym at Holston. I admired him and looked at him like a big brother. So sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. I worked and knew him for over 40 years working with him at Health Dept. He was an asset to the State Dept of Health through his dedication to the Pubic. Prayers are with you.
