Wow, don't even know where to start,grew up with Bill, and all of the Devine's through my brothers marriage. Without making a lengthy story, Suzy and I would like to offer our deepest sympathy. Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and especially the family, who were inseparable, like glue. May God and BLESS and comfort the whole family. Mike and Sue Thomas.

I was shocked to hear about Bill's passing. Bill was a great neighbor. I remember when my daughter was a baby and I accidentally locked my keys in the house I went over to Bill and he let us stay warm until my husband came and unlock the house for us because we didn't have a key made at the time. He will be missed. So sorry for your loss
