I was sorry to learn of Bill's death. I have good memories of conversations with Bill while we were both students at the University of New Orleans (then known as LSUNO). I particularly remember talking to Bill about James Joyce's PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A YOUNG MAN. May he rest in peace.

Dave and I think of Bill often. He was such a kind, creative and interesting man. We have such nice memories of him at the gatherings when they were young.
