Not sure what to say?

My dad was the best dad. He was my person. He will always be my person. I love you daddy. I can not believe you have been gone for almost a year. Know that we talk about you daily and you bought the girls monthly engineering crates for Christmas so we can put them together in your memory every month. Thank you for showing me how to parent and have fun with them. I LOVE YOU.
Andi

Uncle Dave, I love you so much! I say love because I know you are still alive on the other side. You were always a great inspiration to me. I always admired your integrity so much and you taught me a lot. You are an incredible father and I feel like you always provided a lot of guidance and instruction to your kids. He greeted us every year we went to the Jazz Festival, we would have breakfast together after his night shift at Von's He rode up on his bike always with his red suspenders and his welcoming presence. We are so sorry he is gone! Graham and Charlyn

Waiting to go to Denali

Oh Dave, too young to go. A wonderful cousin and super guy. I wish the Didion family all the love from Texas. Gloria and I will miss him and his larger than life personality.

Jeanne, my heart aches for you and all your family. Although I had not seen David in many years, I remember him well as a kind and humorous fellow. Sharing memories of him will keep him with you. I lost my brother Dennis six years ago and I know how tough it can be.
Love, Janice McClure Costar

David, I loved you like a little brother, married to your sister Jeanne. Sympathy to all your family. You were a great guy
