Since I heard the news of Bill"s passing, you all have been in my thoughts. I'm so sorry and can only imagine the pain associated with this great loss.
He was such a loving man, with a great laugh and adoration for his family. He will be missed by many.

He was such a fun loving man..Always a pleasure to be around...I remember working with "Dippy" down in New York City in 1972 and we worked long hours but we also had fun...I know he will be greatly missed...

To The Dillon Family, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's (Dippy) passing, I work with Dippy as we all called him at Verizon for many years,,He was a true gentleman always willing to help ,he had a great sense of humor. He used to call us all,kid..Rest in peace Dippy, from 1 of the kids,,,

We are in Florida until the end of March and regret that we will not be there today to attend the services for Bill. We certainly would have been there if we were home, but you will be in our thoughts and prayers on this very sad day.
