Read MoreSo sorry to hear about Bill´s death. I tried to track him several times over the years as we lost touch. He and I were good friends in Malacca Malaysia and colleagues as he worked with Peace Corps and I was with the Canadian equivalent, CUSO. I have such good memories of our time together. He was a wonderful friend.
