Not sure what to say?

Bill was my speech teacher at East High - Rockford during the 1960's. He was a great teacher and frankly, probably did more for helping me instill confidence than any other person. He was truly a GREAT PERSON and on top of that a wonderful teacher. Thanks!!

Joanne, sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with Bill, you and the family.

May God Bless you Mr. Dolan the way you blessed all of your students with knowledge and understanding. I will never forget you standing on your desk reciting Shakesphere. My prayers go out to those you leave behind.

Bill was an intelligent, caring and very funny man. He and my Aunt helped me understand the meaning of loving again.
I know Bill is resting in peace. Lord, Bless and take care of all of we people. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Aunt Jo, as Bill would wish.

Love Always,

Debbie(Pattison) Foster and Steve

Bill was a wonderful teacher and mentor. I taught with him years ago at East High. Please accept my sincere sympathy. Margie Thompson

Mr. Dolan was the BEST teacher I had in my entire learning life. I often thought of him and did stop in to vist with him prior to his retirement. Sara, I am very sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Jeffrey Bremer

Mr.Dolan was one of the few teachers that left you with confidence.Speech class was so much fun with his approach.
God Bless you. May God hold you and your family in his hands.Paulette Tortorice Mattson.

I was sorry to see today the passing of a Great teacher Bill Dolan. Just yesterday a highschool friend and I were recalling the fun we had in Bill's class and the fact that he was probably the best teacher either of us had ever had. What a coincidence that today I should read of his passing. I am so sorry. Bill was truely a great teacher as he helped build his student's self confidence and poise. It is not often that a person 68 years old thinks back to a teacher they had and remembers them...

Sorry for your loss
