I knew of Bill long ago when he resided on Plain Hill Road up the hill from my late uncle/aunt, Ambrose & Emelda (Bourdon) Riel, as Bill's home was once part of the grazing pastures of the Riel farm property disincorporated around 1956 and Bill used to collect at Sunday mass at St Mary Church, Baltic, CT, nearby.
