Bill was a coworker of mine, but more importantly he was a brother in arms. He was one of the most honest and helpful Police Officer I ever had the pleasure of working with. His ready laugh and polite integrity made him treat every person with dignity and respect. He will be missed by me and by many. May he rest in eternal peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was one of the good guys and there are lots of memories as I reminisce. He served Vallejo well.

I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I knew Bill from classes we had at Vallejo Sr High,class of 1975. My condolences to the immediate family. Bill was a good person to know and even through we only saw each other at class reunions,it was still good to see him.. Rest in Peace.
