Not sure what to say?

Patricia that news of Bill passing struck me hard. Having our family reunion this coming October 22 and looking forward to seeing Bill and playing a little golf was going to be the highlight of our trip. What a fine gentleman and friend he was. He´s at peace now and I hope with time you find peace as well Patricia. RIP Bill my good friend.

For the family members of our dear friend, we send all our condolences and prayers for Bill as he is laid to rest. We pray to the Lord to give him eternal peace always. For Bill life has not ended only changed. He will be greatly missed! Our time with him in New Orleans and Westwego with the Swamp tours and the Restaurant on the Westwego Shrimp Lot will be cherished memories that live on to tell for generations. Our friendship continued long after the business relations took another direction...

Dearest Luke and Patricia, It was an honor and pleasure to have worked with Bill over the years at Riverside Gallery. I will miss his smile and most gentle demeanor. I share in your sadness. My tears fall with your tears in heartfelt sympathy. I wish for Bill to have a swift journey to the next world, and I hope that you find peace and comfort in time as your hearts begin the healing process. He will be missed for sure. With love and grace....Sue Brenz / Riverside Gallery

Lake George lost a wonderful person! We will miss seeing Mr. Dow and his warm smile.

I remember one of the biggest events that I helped him was a deckhand on the Ticonderoga for his sister Lynn's wedding and many other good times I had with Bill as a deckhand and first mate under his tutelage on the boat. Now he is in a...

With deepest condolences to the family and friends of Bill Dow. We send caring thoughts and remembrance of your loved one, and we're so sorry to hear of your loss.

Bill was such a fine man who cared deeply for his family and friends, as well as his community and country. May the memories that are shared by family and friends help you through this very difficult time. Heartfelt sympathy from our house to yours.

Dear Patricia, I believe we have met a few times over our years in Lake George. I am Karen Howard former owner of Dunhams Bay boat Company Inc.. I knew Bill from way back when that I first came to Lake George after college in the early 70s. He was always inspiring and a wonderful person to talk with. However, I knew his sister Lee much better. We taught together in Brant lake and she was a bridesmaid in my wedding. We have totally lost contact but perhaps through you, and through Bill, you...
