Not sure what to say?

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

My sincere condolences go out to the Downs family. As the founder of the Hinesville Officials Association; his loyalty, dedication and passion for the association and it's members will not be forgotten. God Bless.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. A great Man, Husband,Father, Mentor, Bill will forever be missed. Miss Carol, Debbie, I will always keep you in my prayers.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I enjoyed working with Mr.Downs the many years I worked with the City. My deepest sympathies to Carol and the family. May God be especially close to you all at this sad time.

Dear Carol, Debra, & Lori: our hearts and prayers go out to you during this difficult time. We have MANY sweet memories of our times together with you all over the past 37 years (sports officiating, shopping trips, pancake meals at the fair, dining out, etc). We look forward to spending eternity with Bill.

My prayers are with Carol and Debra. May God be with all of you at this time of loss.

Mr. Bill was a great friend to me. I first met Mr. Bill during my senior year in high school at Bradwell. Mr. Bill always had time to talk and listen whenever I saw him. When I became a football coach at Southeast Bulloch High School, Mr. Bill officiated the first high school game I ever was the head coach in. I will surely miss him. He was truly a real Southern gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
