Mr. Bill Downs was my 1st boss( Director at CWCTC) in 1975. He made my initial teaching career get off to a great start while helping me achieve better classroom management & made sure I had the tools and equipment necessary for student success! Mr. Downs became a personal friend also& was always there to take time to listen to me whether it was educationally or life in general. My sincere condolences. Mr. Downes was my Ag and Horticulture teacher at Youngwood Vo-Tech. From 9th grade to graduation he was always there with me. I was president of the FFA and he was the advisor and his advice was life changing. I joined the navy and never looked back, Fair winds and Following Seas Shipmate. Rest your oars, for we now have the watch. RIP
