Mr. Bill Downs was my 1st boss( Director at CWCTC) in 1975. He made my initial teaching career get off to a great start while helping me achieve better classroom management & made sure I had the tools and equipment necessary for student success! My sincere condolences. Mr. Downes was my Ag and Horticulture teacher at Youngwood Vo-Tech. From 9th grade to graduation he was always there with me. I was president of the FFA and he was the advisor and his advice was life changing. I joined the navy and never looked back, Fair winds and Following Seas Shipmate. Rest your oars, for we now have the watch. RIP
