We offer our condolences on the passing of Mr Bill , previous owner of famous and fabulous , BelLoc , Diner . Everyone enjoyed the home cooked meals that were delicious and very reasonably priced. The waitress whom we all come to be known as family . We loved their fancy hairdos , music boxes on every tables, and very tasty desserts . Rest easy my friend, and let us serve you , with a smile on our face just as you had done for us . Till we see you on the Other Side .

OMG I am devastated to hear this sad sad news. I started at the Bel-Loc diner when I was 16 years old. Tom was my boss and I loved him dearly. Then I got my sister(Shelia), my mother (Lucy) and several other family members a job. I never worked for Bill but I visited the diner a lot. May his soul test in peace.
