William H. Draper III

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dollar Bill as we always called him. He and my husband met at the Miami VA Hospital. From them two meeting Dollar Bill became a member of our family. He was a true friend to my husband Phillip Graham. We would invite Dollar Bill to Dinner, Family Reunion Etc. He was such a fun loving guy. I met "Dollar Bill" about 2 years ago when he stopped by my house to look at my new truck. I live across the street from a friend of his he had seen me out there in the past.
