William John Driscoll

I am sad to hear of Bill's passing. I shall always remember him as as bright, insightful person, a good friend, helping to make life easier for us on Capitol Hill. He cared about his neighbors and friends. He helped through activities in the Capitol Hill area, and was involved with the Capitol Hill Restoration Society.
