Hello, I'm very sorry to hear of your loss, and I'd like to let you know how much Dr. Dugan meant to me and my dental school class of 1985. He gave us our first exposure to operative dentistry (doing fillings), and he was an excellent instructor and nice guy! I'll never forget his summary of his explanations with a "surfice it to say"! I left OHSU and spent 4 years in the Army, in a one-dentist clinic in rural Germany. The Army was very clear about their respect for Oregon dental school...
