He even welcomed students after classes had ended for the day and I frequently enjoyed chatting with him and listening to his fascinating stories. Few teachers truly love to teach as he did. His diagramming approach to understanding sentences was so helpful and it is unfortunate that this approach is not more widely used. I was so sad to hear of his...

When I think of my years in school, memories of Mr. Dunn is always prevalent, I would say without hesitation he was my most favorite teacher.

Dear Sandy and Family:
We are so sad to hear of the passing of Bill. He was a wonderful neighbor, corresponder and friend. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts and condolences are with all of you.
Love,

Condolences to you on the loss of simply wonderful Bill Dunn. One Sunday years ago at First Presbyterian Kent , I had made an arrangement for church using some branches with artificial birds grabbing the branches. I had put plastic on the floor underneath so any sheddings wouldn't stain the carpet. Bill with a twinkle in his eye said, You didn't need to put plastic under those birds."
Love to You All
