Billie, you smile and your friendship will be deeply missed...you were a GREAT Eagle Brother....my prayers are with your family and your daughter at this time..Rest In Peace

Little Billy, I wish you could of stayed with us longer my brother. You were the most caring person on the planet. You will be really really missed by me and others. My prayers are with your daughter and family.
