Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family of Frank Eck, a student in my Sophomore English class at University City High School.
Perhaps not my most scholarly student, but always a good citizen in class.

I want to extend my condolences to the Eck family;and although we didn't run around together, we were friends, especially in Jr. High. When we had our 50th High School Reunion I tried to find him, but didn't. He was the type of guy that you don't forget: friendly, sincere, and kind. I recently sent out his Obituary to the Class of '57 U City High, and I received responses quickly. Barbara Ryba nee Canfield being one classmate.
I thought the Eck's would like to read their thoughts about...

I was a good friend to Frank during high school and was just thinking about him the other day and wondering how he was doing. The last time I saw him was at a gas station in Brentwood, MO. He was on his way home from work as a St. Louis police officer. I was living in Brentwood at the time. It would have been around 1974 or so.
My condolences on your loss.
Barbara Ryba nee Canfield.

RIP, kind sir. I had the honor of serving with your son. You "done well" raising him

It saddens my heart to hear of Franks passing. we spent many enjoyable times together and I am happy to have known him. He made my life a little better and brighter and I am honored to have been considered by Frank as a "friend".
Rock, (phil)...Frank.....say hello to Mudford for me.....
