Dear Ethel,
I haven't lived in Waltham for over twelve years, but I remember so well Bill's years as City Councilor. He worked tirelessly to do so much good for the city. He was a true gentleman and a dedicated Councilor.
I was saddened to read of his death. My sincere codolences to you and your children.
