I feel Blessed to have know "Mr Bill"
for almost 5 years, before he left us, and became a "Silent Key".

When I got my Amateur Radio License, the First Contact I had on Ham Radio

Bill had a Great sense of humor and was always a pleasure to talk to.

Good-bye my very dear friend. We had a lot of laughs together. You built on ideas creating the TARA ARA, the TARA VEC exams, online digital operating courses, the 'All Season' contest series, TARA digital Awards, organizing field days and special events by the hundreds. He was the web Master of TARA, and on and on.... Amateur Radio has lost one of it's best. You will always be in our hearts, Ernie & Fran wm2u Arizona.
