EISTER, William "Bill" Robert, 85, of Richmond, died Sunday, November 16, 2008. Survivors include his three daughters, Susan Estes and her husband, Edwin, Cindy Carroll and her husband, Stephen, and Becky Eister; and two grandchildren, Tracy and Drew Carroll; widower of Jane Zemany Eister. He was a retired supervisor of Industrial Arts for Richmond Public Schools, and a pilot in the Army Air Force during World War II. A private burial will take place in Sunbury, Pennsylvania.
