I KNEW JACK BACK IN THE 50's WHEN WE BOTH WERE YOUNG POLICE OFFICERS. I APPRECIATED HIS FRIENDSHIP AND PERSONALLY FELT THAT HE WAS A GOOD PEACE OFFICER AND A CREDIT TO THE ENTIRE FORCE. THOSE WERE DIFFICULT DAYS. MAY OUR GOD BLESS HIS SOUL AND BRING PEACE TO HIS LOVED ONES WHO REMAIN.
