I just found out "WILD BILL"passed on today. I was deeply shocked and saddened. Bill and I go back 30 or so years and I have many unforgettable memories of working with and laughing & partying with him. "WILD BILL" was the BEST partner I ever had in construction and my closest and dearest friend, I will never forget him. Good Bye Bill
